Prior to joining Virgin Hotels, he served as Vice President of Operations at Mina Group for 13 years, where he was responsible for concept development, new openings, P&L management, staffing, and guest experience strategy. Rochaleau has collaborated with prestigious hospitality brands such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and MGM Resorts International.
