Aadam Jacobs, a music enthusiast from Chicago, has partnered with the Internet Archive to digitize his extensive collection of over 10,000 concert recordings. These recordings, which date back to the 1980s, include rare performances by artists such as Nirvana,
Sonic Youth, and R.E.M. Volunteers are working to preserve these tapes, ensuring their availability for future generations. The project has already digitized approximately 2,500 recordings, making them accessible to the public.
