McDonald's Türkiye has launched a new device called 'Archie', designed to keep gamers' controllers active while they step away from their screens, such as when eating a meal. The device, inspired by McDonald's iconic golden arches, brings the controller's
analogue sticks together, allowing the character to continue moving even when the player is away. This initiative aims to address the disruption caused during online gameplay when players are away from their screens. The 'Archie' is currently available only in Türkiye and is offered as a gift to customers who order the Pro Gamer Menu, which includes a Big Mac, medium fries, a medium coke, and eight onion rings. This is not McDonald's first collaboration with the gaming industry; previously, they partnered with Capcom to introduce Street Fighter-themed burgers and exclusive skins in Japan.
