What's Happening?
Columbia College students, alumni, and staff organized a benefit concert to support Kathrynn Vettas, a senior audio arts major diagnosed with stage two Hodgkin's lymphoma. The event, named 'Care for Kathrynn,'
was held at Bassline and featured performances by 17 artists from the Columbia community. Proceeds from ticket and merchandise sales were directed to Vettas's GoFundMe campaign to assist with her medical expenses. The concert drew around 100 attendees, showcasing the community's solidarity and support for Vettas during her challenging time.
