In a conversation with Kamiya Jani on her YouTube channel Curly Tales, Karan Johar remarked, "Jin logon mein zyada kalaa hoti hai unka vyavsaayik dimaag aksar nahi hota. Bahut hi kam log aise hote hain. Main kahunga Shah Rukh Khan ek aise anokhe vyakti hain jo dono, ek vyavsaayi dimaag bhi rakhte hain aur ek behtareen kalaakar bhi hain.
(Translation: Most artists typically lack a business acumen. Very few possess it. I would say Shah Rukh Khan is unique; he embodies both the mindset of an entrepreneur and the essence of an exceptional artist)."
