Vivek Agnihotri has recently taken to his X handle and penned a long note paying tribute to PM Narendra Modi’s courageous leadership, the Indian army and every citizen of India on the occasion of the first anniversary of Operation Sindoor. For the unversed, the director is all set to make a film based on India’s military strikes on terror bases in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The strike had happened on May 7, 2025, after the terrorists killed 26 tourists in Kashmir's Pahalgam’s Baisaran valley on the basis of their religion. The incident had indeed left the entire world in shock.
Vivek Agnihotri Pays Tribute To PM Modi And Indian Army
Vivek Agnihotri penned a long note on X on the occasion of one year of Operation Sindoor. In the note, he mentioned how India showed the world that peace is the country’s nature but silence is not its weakness. The Kashmir Files director further wrote, “Today, I bow my head to the courage of our leadership led by @narendramodi and our brave army and the spirit of every Indian who stood united in a moment of national resolve.”
According to Vivek Agnihotri, the greatest tribute that as a citizen he can offer is to ensure the story of Operation Sindoor is told to the world truthfully and powerfully. He feels that the world remembers what was defended, what was sacrificed and what it cost to keep humanity alive. He concluded his note by stating, “History remembers wars. Civilisations remember courage.” Vivek also shared a clip of PM Modi’s speech and some moments of
Operation Sindoor along with his note on X. In the end, it shows a text – ‘A Nation’s Resolve Coming Soon.’
