It's
been four years since audiences saw Yash last on the big screen. After KGF Chapter 2, fans have been excitedly waiting for his new project. And while one may feel that Yash took a break, that isn't the actual scenario. The actor had been busy working on two major projects - Ramayana and Toxic - A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups. Interestingly, both his movies are lined up for big-screen release this year. During his recent appearance at CinemaCon, Yash reflected on whether he would take a break after both his films release in theatres.
Yash to take a break after Ramayana and Toxic?
In an interview with Collider,
Yash was asked whether he plans to take a break or has started thinking what to do next. To this, the actor admitted that it's more like he just wants to a break. The actor shared that he was constantly working on two movies. He mentioned that people are upset with him because his last release was in 2022. That said, Yash believes it requires time and involvement for the kind of vision and path he has chosen.
The actor added that he is trying to position his films on global platform, which comes with its own process and problems. Yash added that it may look like he hasn't been on screen for a while, but he is constantly working and not taking break at all. In fact, the Ramayana actor is somehow managing his family time. "So maybe I would want to spend some quality time with my family, so I would probably take a break. A little small break, and then get back to it," he told the publication. Yash concluded by saying that he is not thinking about what's next for him.
