As per Twisha’s parents, she faced constant harassment for dowry. While Samarth is missing, his mother, Giribala, was granted bail. The advocate representing the victim’s family, Anurag Srivastav, reportedly said the bail application should have been rejected, given the legal presumption in cases of unnatural death within seven years of marriage.
