Lucky trailer feature Anya Taylor-Joy on the run
"Wish her luck," that's how Apple TV debuted the trailer for Anya Taylor-Joy starrer
Lucky. The series also features Drew Starkey as Cary Armstrong, Lucky's husband. The nearly two-minute trailer opens with Lucky's father, played by Timothy Olyphant, giving her some advice. A tired Lucky replies that she just wants to get out alive. She has been brought up as a criminal since childhood and seems tired of constantly being on the run.
The trailer shows a multimillion-dollar heist going wrong, with an inebriated Lucky waking up to find Cary is missing. She goes on the run but her mother-in-law, played by Annette Bening, manages to track her down, wanting to know about her missing son and her money. To make matters worst, the FBI is also on her trail. The series was shot on location in Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
