The OpenAI CEO revealed that users in India have created more than one billion images using the ChatGPT Images 2.0. He took to X and wrote, “
ChatGPT Images 2.0 loves India. Already more than 1 billion images created there; awesome to see.” Altman’s statement shows how India has a keen interest in AI tools especially in making digital art, profile pictures, professional visuals, funny memes and creating social media creatives.
What Is ChatGPT Images 2.0
OpenAI recently rolled out ChatGPT Images 2.0. It is the company's upgraded AI model that can handle more advanced visual tasks and make sharper, more polished images. Moreover, it can offer support for multilingual languages like Hindi, Bengali, Tamil and more. This tool now presents improved editing, better layouts and strong text rendering. The company claims that this image generation model is now capable of generating visuals that are more accurate and visually consistent across formats.
OpenAI recently launched the model and shared a video that was created using ChatGPT Images, featuring realistic visuals. These realistic graphics look quite identical to real photos, making it difficult to actually reveal they were created using the AI.
