Zubeen Garg's Final Film Roi Roi Binale To Take All Screens In Assam From October 31; Thamma, Deewaniyat, Other Movies To Discontinue - Report

September 12, the nation mourned the sudden demise of legendary singer-actor Zubeen Garg. Now, to honour his memory, the state of Assam has decided to discontinue all other film screenings, including Thamma, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, Kantara: A Legend Chapter – 1, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle , Jolly LLB 3, and Regretting You—from October 31, allowing Roi Roi Binale, his final film, to play exclusively as a posthumous tribute.

Assam to discontinue films and only stream Roi Roi Binale

Bollywood Hungama has reported that, "All the theatres in the North-eastern state will discontinue the holdover releases like Thamma, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, Kantara: A Legend Chapter – 1, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle, Jolly LLB 3 and Regretting You from October 31. New releases like Baahubali: The Epic, Single Salma, The Taj Story, The Black Phone 2, Bugonia, Good Boy etc. will not be screened in any cinema of Assam. Almost all shows over the weekend are full and shows of the weekdays are also filling fast. It seems like the film will break every record of all the films in the Assam circuit.”

Roi Roi Binale shows will begin since early morning, from 6:00 am in Assam’s capital, Guwahati. But in Tezpur, first show might get scheduled even before 6:00 am.

The film was produced under the banner of Zeal Creations and i-Creation. It stars Zubeen Garg in his final acting role alongside Mousumi Alifa, Joy Kashyap, Achurjya Borpatra and many more. Film is slated for a release date on October 31.
