Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has revealed that Spirit, starring Prabhas, will begin filming by the end of November. The update came during a recent media interaction. According to 123 Telugu, Vanga shared this information at the pre-release event of Jigris.In the last few weeks, social media was buzzing with strong rumours claiming that Megastar Chiranjeevi had joined the cast and would be seen as Prabhas’ father in the film. These reports quickly went viral. However, Sandeep Reddy Vanga has now shut down all those rumours once and for all. During his conversation with the Jigris team, the director clearly stated that Chiranjeevi is not involved with Spirit in any role. As reported by 123 Telugu, he directly addressed the buzz and clarified that the news circulating online was not true.

The makers recently unveiled a one-minute audio teaser in five languages. The teaser paints an intense picture: a jailer and his assistant discuss an ex-cop who has been taken into custody. While the jailer gives strict instructions, the assistant reminds him to behave professionally. The mood turns more dramatic when the jailer orders the assistant to strip the prisoner. The teaser ends with Prabhas’ voice delivering a striking line: “Sir, since childhood, I have one bad habit.” He repeats it, making it clear that his character carries a dark, intriguing past.For the unversed, Triptii Dimri will be playing the female lead in the film.
