after releasing the teaser, the makers of Bhooth Bangla unveiled the trailer of Akshay Kumar's horror comedy. Co-starring Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav and the late Asrani, the movie has been directed by Priyadarshan. It marks Akshay's reunion with the filmmaker after 14 years. The trailer reveals that the movie is set in a fictional town of Mangalpur, where locals believe that no one should get married, or else monster Vadhusur will appear. Rohan Shankar on writing Bhooth Bangla
In an interview with Zoom, writer Rohan Shankar opened up about working on Bhooth Bangla's script. The writer recalled working on it at director Priyadarshan's residence in Chennai. "I sat there for 8 to 10 days and wrote my own dialogues and a lot of things. It happened like that. It could have been any genre. But since Priyan sir is a master of comedy and
Bhooth Bangla is 97th film, it's amazing, and I enjoyed a lot," he said.

Meanwhile, Bhooth Bangla has been produced by Ektaa Kapoor's Balaji Motion Pictures and Akshay's Cape of Good Films. The movie was initially scheduled for a theatrical release on April 10. However, the makers postponed the film's release by a week. It will now officially arrive on April 17, while the paid previews will be made available on April 16.Apart from Akshay, Paresh and Rajpal, the star cast of Bhooth Bangla includes Tabu, Jisshu Sengupta, Wamiqa Gabbi, Manoj Joshi, Mithila Palkar, and others. After the film's cinematic run ends, it will premiere on Netflix.
