Both families have exchanged multiple allegations, and the matter remains in court.Kim Soo-hyun’s attorney, Go Sang-rok, posted a statement on the YouTube channel Korean Legal Titan, claiming that Kim Sae-ron’s family had agreed to an interview with a major broadcast network known for investigative reports. He added that people close to Sae-ron, including someone posing as a relative, were spreading messages online suggesting that the family was preparing to hand over new, previously unseen materials to their legal team.The lawyer expressed deep concern that these materials might be falsified and could harm his client. According to him, this situation mirrors past incidents where false claims reportedly caused damage to Kim Soo-hyun’s reputation. He further pointed out that Kim Sae-ron’s family had avoided responding to police requests for months and accepted the civil complaint filed in March only after several delays.
