It seems Meta is done dealing with its CEO Mark Zuckerberg (at least physically). The US-based social media giant is reportedly testing an AI clone based on him to interact with employees internally. Well, keeping the joke aside, this is actually part of a much bigger push inside Meta to build an AI-first workplace.According to a report by the Financial Times, Meta is working on a photorealistic, AI-powered 3D version of Zuckerberg that can talk to employees, answer questions and even share feedback. You can think of it as a virtual CEO that’s always available. The report says that the AI version is being trained using Mark Zuckerberg’s voice, tone, behaviour, public statements and his latest ideas about the company’s plans. Interestingly, ne is also
personally helping in testing and improving it.The idea behind this process is simple-- make employees feel more connected to leadership, especially in a large organisation where direct interaction is limited.Mark Zuckerberg Is Reportedly Building AI Agent For CEO Tasks At Meta Financial Times also revealed that the rumoured AI clone is different from another upcoming AI tool 'CEO agent'.
