This lawsuit was filed in a California court on Tuesday by Devin Kim, who had joined xAI in 2024.

According to Reuters, Kim argues that xAI leaders targeted him as he was pushing stronger safety measures for the Grok chatbot and was eventually sacked before he could present his concerns to senior management.Reportedly, Kim was among employees hired by the big tech company and quickly moved into a leadership role.
