Lovely Runner actor Song Geon-Hee has set his military enlistment date. The 28-year-old, who became a fan favourite after playing the second lead in the 2024 breakout hit K-drama, also starring Byeon Woo-Seok
and Kim Hye-Yoon, is set to go on a work break to fulfill his mandatory military duty.

On November 24, Song's agency JG Entertainment confirmed the news after reports surfaced. In a statement, the label said, "Song Geon Hee will enlist as an active-duty soldier in the Army on December 1."After completing basic military training, Song will fulfill his mandatory service, and get discharged in May 2027.
