Armaan Malik Has An Urgent Please For BMC, And It's Relevant For Every Citizen

Mumbai’s AQI (Air Quality Index) has been deteriorating with each passing day. This morning (December 12), the AQI crossed 150 due to dust and smog in the air of the city of dreams. Singer Armaan Malik

is very much worried about Mumbai’s poor AQI, as people have been falling sick. He has penned a couple of posts on X, in which he urged Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to control the poor AQI in the city.

In his first X post, Armaan Malik mentioned how people’s health has been affected by pollution in Mumbai. He wrote, “Mumbai’s air feels heavier every day. I’ve seen more people fall sick this month than ever before, and it’s not the weather… it’s the air. The smog. The dust. The reality we’re breathing. From kids to elders, everyone is coughing or struggling. How are we expected to live, work or feel safe like this? This deserves immediate attention from those in charge. We can’t air-purify our way out of a crisis. We need real solutions now.”

Armaan Malik also mentioned that he loves Mumbai a lot and wants to continue staying here for the rest of his life. He said, “I love my city and my country deeply, and I want to continue living, working, and growing here because this place is home. All I’m hoping for is that the authorities can take necessary steps to help make our living conditions healthier and more sustainable for everyone. When basic necessities and overall quality of life improve, people feel rooted and confident about building their future right here. That’s all any of us really want.” Armaan Malik’s posts are going viral on social media and netizens have agreed to his thoughts. Some of them have also asked him to visit Delhi, which currently has the worst AQI. Talking about Armaan Malik, the singer had visited the Bigg Boss 19 house during family week to support his brother, Amaal Mallik.
