Apart from that, the Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor shared how he deals with criticism and trolling.
Karan Patel vows not to disrespect anyone on The 50
In an exclusive chat with us, Karan revealed one 'red line' he wouldn't cross with any contestant on
The 50. "I won’t disrespect someone’s family, personal life, or dignity for the sake of the game. Competition is fair, character assassination is not."
Continuing the conversation, Karan shared how he deals with criticism and trolling as a public figure. The actor stated that criticism has always been a learning for him. He believes that audiences make an actor and if they criticise his work, he knows that he must be doing something wrong. And that's the reason Karan considers it and always tries to improve. "Where trollers are concerned, I feel there is too much of unemployment around people have nothing else to do but troll. Trollers are like tolls minus the 'r'. You pay the fee and walk out. You don't question why was I charged or why was I stopped. Pay the fee and walk out."
Why Karan Patel deserves to win The 50?
Moving on, Karan cited a solid reason why he deserves to win The 50, set to stream on JioHotstar and air on Colors TV. The actor believes nobody enters a competition to lose, their ultimate goal is to win it.
As for why he deserves to win the reality show, Karan admitted he doesn't come with intent and honesty rather than a script or strategy. The actor added that he plays with his 'heart, instinct and experience'. "I’m not here to manipulate narratives; I’m here to survive, compete, and earn the win the hard way," he said, before signing off.
