Sachin
Tyagi has been winning the hearts of the masses with his performance as Digvijay Sood in Anupamaa. The Rupali Ganguly show has been running successfully on Indian television since its launch. However, after the boost in numbers of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, Vasudha and other shows, Anupamaa has witnessed a major drop in ranking. In the last TRP report, Anupamaa secured the fifth spot. The ratings have been dropping miserably for a few weeks now. During an exclusive interaction with Zoom/Telly Talk India, Sachin reacted to a drop in Anupamaa’s poor ratings.
Sachin Tyagi On Anupamaa’s TRP Ratings
While having a candid chat with us, Sachin Tyagi reacted to poor ratings of his ongoing show, Anupamaa. For the unversed, Anupamaa is in fifth position in the latest TRP report. Zee TV’s Vasudha and Ganga Maai Ki Betiyaan are on top positions. The Rupali Ganguly show, which ruled the list for many years, has now slipped to number 5. When we asked
Sachin Tyagi about the same, he said, “I don’t think Anupamaa is performing badly. TRP is just a number game. Anupamaa is still in the top 5, and it is not at all a bad thing for us. The show has its loyal audience, and they will never miss watching our show on TV at 10 pm. In fact, I have heard that people watch Anupamaa on JioHotstar as well before its telecast. So, I am happy with the response. Shows toh upar neeche hote hi rahenge. I will just focus on my performance and try to do better in every scene.”
“I am happy with people liking the ongoing track of Anupamaa. The tussle between Prem and Anupama will get interesting in the upcoming episodes. I would just suggest the audience stay tuned for more action,” Sachin Tyagi added.
