Hema Malini To Host Dharmendra’s Prayer Meet With Daughters Ahana, Esha Deol In Delhi: Report

actor Dharmendra passed away on November 24, 2025, at 89. His demise left the entire film industry and his fans in deep sorrow. After his funeral, the Deol family hosted a prayer meet at Mumbai’s Taj Lands End on November 27. Many celebrities attended Dharmendra’s prayer meet to pay him tributes. Hema Malini had also held a prayer meet on the same day at her house in Mumbai. Now, she is ready to hold yet another prayer meet in remembrance of her husband, Dharmendra, in New Delhi on December 11, 2025.

Hema Malini to host Dharmendra’s prayer meet in Delhi

According to NDTV report, Hema Malini will be hosting a prayer meet for Dharmendra along with Esha Deol, Ahana Deol, Bharat Takhtani and Vaibhav Vohra. It will be held on Thursday (December 11) from 4 pm to 6 pm at the Dr Ambedkar International Centre, Janpath, New Delhi. Many Delhi-based politicians are expected to arrive at the prayer meet. Apart from that, Hema Malini also held a Gita Paath at her house in memory of Dharmendra prior to the Delhi prayer meet. The Sikandar star broke down in tears while remembering Dharmendra, who would call Salman his son. Salman mentioned that Dharmendra and his mother share the same birth date, and the veteran actor passed away on his father, Salim Khan’s birthday. Dharmendra’s last film, Ikkis is all set to release on December 25, 2025, in theatres. It also features Agastya Nanda and Jaideep Ahlawat in key roles. Ikkis has been directed by Sriram Raghavan.
