On social media, Netflix dropped the new teaser and wrote, "Pirates beware! Assassins ahead... ONE PIECE: INTO THE GRAND LINE premieres MARCH 10." The Baroque Works assassins are Bridgerton's Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday, Lera Abova as Miss All-Sunday, David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9, and Sophia Anne Caruso as Miss Goldenweek.

The trailer shows a determined Luffy ready to capture the infamous One Piece treasure, but not at the cost of his friends' lives. The official synopsis for the series states, "In Season 2, Luffy and the Straw Hats set sail for the extraordinary Grand Line – a legendary stretch of sea where danger and wonder await at every turn. The eight-episode second series is created in partnership with Shueisha and is produced by Tomorrow Studios. Matt Owens and Joe Tracz are the co-showrunners, writers, and executive producers for One Piece Season 2. Owens departs after the upcoming season, as Tracz will join hands with Ian Stokes for Season 3, which has been in production since November 2025.
