Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has asked all employees to use artificial intelligence (AI) in every part of their daily work, calling it a tool that will help them grow instead of replacing them. Speaking at an internal
meeting on November 26, 2025, Huang said AI should now be integrated into everything from writing code to building new products.According to Business Insider, Huang’s strong message came after reports that some managers inside Nvidia were telling their teams to reduce their use of AI tools. Reacting sharply, he said, "My understanding is Nvidia has some managers who are telling their people to use less AI. Are you insane? I want every task that is possible to be automated with artificial intelligence. I promise you, you will have work to do."The CEO encouraged Nvidia engineers to stick with AI coding tools even when they don’t work perfectly. "Use it until it does. Jump in and help make it better, because we have the power to do so,” he told employees. According to him, AI will increase productivity and help teams move faster, not take away their jobs.Huang’s comments also reflect a larger shift across Silicon Valley. Google and Microsoft are already generating nearly 30 per cent of their new code using AI tools. Amazon, too, has advised employees to rely on its in-house AI assistant Kiro instead of third-party services. Big Tech firms are clearly pushing AI deeper into everyday workflows. However, the rapid rise of automation has also triggered fresh fears about job security. Amazon recently announced that it will cut nearly 14,000 corporate roles and reports indicate the final number could reach 30,000. Many employees worry that AI-driven restructuring will hit more companies in the coming months. But Huang reassured Nvidia workers that the company is not heading in that direction. "You’re not going to lose your job to an AI, but you’re going to lose your job to someone who uses AI," he said, underlining the importance of adapting to the new tools. Nvidia has actually been hiring aggressively. Its workforce grew from 29,600 to 36,000 employees in just one fiscal quarter. Huang believes the company is still about 10,000 short of what it needs to keep pace with its rapid AI expansion.Overall, Huang’s message is simple -- employees who embrace AI will grow faster, while those who ignore it may fall behind. With Nvidia investing heavily in AI development and chip innovation, the company wants to build a future where AI supports human work rather than replacing it.
