According to Korean media reports released on October 31, Momo recently became the proud owner of a luxury villa in Achiu Village, Guri City - an upscale neighbourhood located just outside Seoul. Real estate registration data revealed that the singer signed the purchase contract on October 23 for a unit in the prestigious Arcadia Signature complex, paying a whopping 4.27 billion KRW (approximately 2.99 million USD) upfront.

The Arcadia Signature complex, completed in 2023, is one of South Korea’s most exclusive residential properties.
