2: The Rule became a massive film after its release. The highest-grossing film in Indian cinema starring Allu Arjun received a fan frenzy for his intense and gritty character arc. During his promotions for the film, the actor went to Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad for the premiere. To everyone’s surprise, the crowd was packed beyond the limit, which created chaos and a stampede. Amid the berserk behaviour from the crowd, a mother (Revathi), aged 35 years old, lost her life, and her 9-year-old son Sri Tej was critically injured. The actor was later sentenced to jail for the same, which drew controversy and damage to his image. The viral video shows the support and efforts of Allu and his family for the victim.

Viral Video of Allu’s Wife and Father

A clip has taken over the internet as soon as it landed. The viral video shows Allu's father and renowned producer, Allu Aravind and his wife Sneha Reddy having a small yet significant interaction with the family on May 6. Allu family, in displaying their support and help to the victim’s family, arranged a deposit of Rs. 2 crore earlier, after the tragedy took place. According to reports, Allu Aravind also wishes to sponsor Sri Tej’s sister's education as he says, "Study well, I will be responsible for all your educational expenses." After the devastating stampede, Allu and his family remained in constant touch with the family, assuring them of their unwavering support.

What Folded After The Stampede

According to TOI City’s interaction with Sri Tej’s father, he revealed that the boy was unable to recognise them with bare improvements. “He mostly just stares, with very little emotion on his face.” He said that he was going through speech therapy, and they hoped for his speedy recovery. The boy was admitted to the ICU for 5 months and was later transferred to the Ramgopalpet rehabilitation facility.After the stampede, the Hyderabad Police registered a complaint raised by the victims’ family against Allu Arjun, along with the management team of the theatre. Later, the Telugu actor was charged with culpable homicide by the police, apart from having no intention of causing harm or murder. The Raaka star was arrested and granted bail on expectant terms.

Allu Arjun On His Work Front

Allu Arjun will be seen in his upcoming action-thriller fantasy film Raaka. The film features Deepika Padukone as the lead actress and is set to release in 2027. Directed by Atlee, the film follows the story of a parallel universe, reportedly starring Allu in four different roles together. The high-budget film will focus heavily on VFX and CGI, bringing Indian audiences a different and ultra-modern concept.
