he started doing comedy because of Akshay Kumar. The newcomer also stated that Akshay has guts to do comedy despite being a leading star in Bollywood. Apart from that, Ashish Chanchlani opened up about sharing the stage with Salman Khan for the first time at the grand finale of Bigg Boss 19. He felt overwhelmed after meeting the Dabangg actor and admitted being flattered after he mentioned his city, Ulhasnagar, on the show.

Ashish Chanchlani, during a candid chat with us, opened up about his love for Akshay Kumar. He said, “I wish he was related to me. I have been his huge fan. He is the person I will always look up to. I am here because of him. I have learnt comedy from him. I saw Bhool Bhulaiyaa and decided to do comedy films. Akshay sir is the only good-looking, bona fide star who does comedy. People hesitate to do comedy because they are scared of their image. But it takes guts to do comedy, and Akshay sir has that.”
Moreover, Ashish Chanchlani also said, “People like Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, and Raghav Juyal are extremely funny. They are not afraid of doing comedy. They are very funny in real life. Rajkummar Rao is also very funny. If you leave him unhinged, he will kill it with comedy. He is suitable for a Priyadarshan film.”

Main Shah Rukh Khan ban gaya. I am very thankful for the welcome you gave me. Your aura is different. He is something else. People thought I was nervous on stage, but I was very overwhelmed. I had so much fun inside the house. I had a wonderful time with Farrhana Bhatt, Pranit More and Tanya Mittal.
