the the film's director Sujeeth with a luxury car. In a social media post, the filmmaker has shared a note of gratitude to the star.

The actor-politician gifted the 35-year-old director a luxury Land Rover Defender. Sujeeth took to his Instagram page to share some pictures in which he is seen interacting with Pawan Kalyan. Another picture shows Sujeeth seated in the driver’s seat with Pawan Kalyan standing near the other door and smiling at him. The caption shared by the director read "Best gift ever Overwhelmed and grateful beyond words. The love and encouragement from my dearest OG, Kalyan garu, means everything to me. From being a childhood fan to this special moment.Forever indebted."
The makers of the film held a success meet at Hyderabad to celebrate the solid performance of the film, which was attended by the cast and crew. Thanking fans for all the love at They Call Him OG, Kalyan announced two more films for the franchise leaving the crowd cheering. At the success meet, Pawan Kalyan said, "It is easy to write a story, but it is difficult to bring it to life on screen. In fact I am myself not aware of the full OG story."
Produced under the banner of DVV Entertainment, OG tells the story of former gangster Ojas Gambheera who, after vanishing from Mumbai's underworld for a decade, resurfaces seeking vengeance against rivals. Also starring Emraan Hashmi in his Telugu debut, Arjun Das, Sriya Reddy and Priyanka Mohan in prominent roles, OG was released in theatres on September 25 and opened to mixed reviews from audiences and critics. The film has been streaming on Netflix since October 23.
