Taking to his Instagram handle, Zayn expressed gratitude to his fans for their support and love for his album Konnakol. He was even more grateful for their prayers and well wishes for his health. The singer further revealed that he has been recovering at home, and doing well. The
former One Direction member assured everyone that he will be better and stronger than before.
The singer also shared, "I’ve had to take another look at my schedule for the months ahead and have to reduce the number of shows on the KONNAKOL Tour." That said, Zayn wants to ensure that he still gets out and sees as many of his fans as he can. In fact, he is looking forward to play the shows for his followers, and see the rest of his fans around the world soon.

Meanwhile, Zayn was admitted to hospital last month. The reason for his hospitalisation isn't known yet. Sharing his health update on social media, the singer earlier mentioned that he was 'unexpectedly recovering'. He went on to thank the hospital staff including doctors, nurses, admin, management and cardiologist.

For those unaware, Konnakol is Zayn's fifth studio album, which was released on April 17. Konnakol has been described as an act of creating percussive sounds with one's voice. In a statement, as reported by Billboard, the singer spoke about his new album. The singer mentioned that Konnakol is a sound that holds the reverberation of a time before world existed. He mentioned that he has always drawn on his heritage for inspirations since the time he started making his own music.
