In Bigg Boss 14, Bigg Boss Marathi 5 and Celebrity MasterChef, Nikki ended her journey as a runner-up. In an exclusive interview with Zoom/Telly Talk India, Nikki confessed that the Celebrity MasterChef defeat indeed hurt her a lot. For the unversed, Gaurav Khanna emerged as the winner of the cooking show, while Nikki ended her journey as the first runner-up. The reality show star also opened up about her equation with Gaurav.

Nikki Tamboli On Celebrity MasterChef Defeat

During a candid conversation with us, Nikki Tamboli stated that she wants to win The 50 because the winning amount will be given to the fans. When asked about the three big defeats in her previous reality shows, the actress confessed that nothing was more painful than Celebrity Masterchef, as it was completely a talent-based show. Nikki said, “I was very disappointed with my defeat on Celebrity MasterChef. I became the first runner-up and couldn't win the finale. The defeat hurt me because that was a talent-based show. I felt really bad.”

Celebrity MasterChef India was hosted by Farah Khan and judged by Vikas Khanna and Ranveer Brar. Nikki and Gaurav competed with Faisal Shaikh, Rajiv Adatia and Tejasswi Prakash in the finale.

Nikki On Her Equation With Gaurav Khanna

As per reports, Gaurav Khanna and his wife, Akanksha Chamola, are expected to participate in The 50. When asked about the probable encounter with the Celebrity MasterChef winner on The 50, Nikki said that she doesn’t have any idea about it. During MasterChef, Nikki never had a good bond with Gaurav. When asked about her equation with the Bigg Boss 19 winner, the Bigg Boss 14’s second runner-up said, “We were never friends on-screen, but off-screen we are cordial. We share a common PR. We met last time at our PR's party in Mumbai. We were very good, cordial and chill.” It looks like Nikki doesn’t have any issues with Gaurav.

The 50 will air on Colors TV at 10:30 pm. The show will also be available on JioHotstar. It will stream on the OTT platform at 9 pm. Apart from Nikki and Arbaz, Karan Patel, Urvashi Dholakia, Archana Gautam, Shiv Thakare, Chaahat Pandey, Lovekesh Kataria, Rajat Dalal, Riddhi Dogra and others will enter the palace as contestants.
