Veteran actor Dharmendra's fans took a sigh of relief when the actor was discharged from Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai at around 7:30 am today. The senior actor is now in stable condition and recovering

well at home. Dr Rajiv Sharma from the hospital provided an update, saying the iconic actor left the facility “fully satisfied” after receiving the necessary treatment.

In an interview with IANS, Doctor Sharma shared, "Dharmendra ji has gone from the hospital with full satisfaction. His family has taken him home. Everything has been arranged for him."He also reassured fans, urging them not to spread false rumours and instead keep Dharmendra in their prayers for a swift recovery, so he can celebrate his next birthday with joy. Dr Pratit Samdani confirmed that the actor was discharged at 7:30 AM that morning, adding, "He is in a stable condition. I request the public not to spread the false news but instead pray for his recovery so that he can celebrate his next birthday with pride."

Sunny Deol's team issued statement

After the Sholay actor's discharge, Sunny Deol’s PR team issued a statement requesting privacy for the family during this time. The statement read, "Mr Dharmendra has been discharged from the hospital and will continue his recovery at home. Guddu Dhanoa visits Dharmendra's residence

After Dharmendra’s return home, his cousin and filmmaker Guddu Dhanoa visited him. Speaking briefly to the media gathered outside the actor’s Juhu residence, Guddu assured that Dharmendra was doing well but declined to comment on specifics, saying, “He is doing fine. I don’t know many details to share.”

The 89-year-old actor had been hospitalised after experiencing breathlessness, with family members like Hema Malini, Sunny Deol, and Bobby Deol by his side. Several industry friends, including Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Govinda, also visited the legendary actor. Aamir Khan, accompanied by his girlfriend Gauri Spratt, was among those who checked on him during his hospital stay.
