hours after announcing the release date for his upcoming film Patriot with Mammootty, Mohanlal revealed his next venture, tentatively titled L367. The Malayalam superstar will collaborate with director Vishnu Mohan, who won a National Award for his debut film Meppadiyan starring Unni Mukundan. Produced by Shri Gokulam Gopalan under Sree Gokulam Movies, the film’s first poster hints at a road thriller, featuring an highway scene that creates an intense tone.

Mohanlal’s 367th cinematic venture, taking to his social media account, Mohanlal shared the news on social media, expressing his excitement:
“I am truly delighted to collaborate with director Vishnu Mohan on this exciting venture, produced by Shri Gokulam Gopalan under the banner of Sree Gokulam Movies.” Alongside his announcement, he unveiled the first poster of the film. The visual hints at a thriller narrative, showing an aerial shot highway with vehicles on one side while a car freely goes on the opposite lane, suggesting suspense and thrills.
The film is being produced by Gokulam Gopalan under the banner of Sree Gokulam Movies, with Baiju Gopalan and V.C. Praveen serving as co-producers and Krishnamoorthy overseeing the project as executive producer. While the plot details have yet to be officially revealed, reports suggest that the story may be inspired by Operation Ganga, the Indian government’s mission to evacuate citizens from countries neighboring Ukraine during the onset of the Ukraine War.Prior to this, Vishnu Mohan was also set to collaborate wit
h Prithviraj Sukumaran for a film. Prithviraj confirmed the collaboration during a press event for Guruvayoorambala Nadayil (2024). Speaking about the film, the makers said the project has been planned as a major production, with most of the shooting scheduled to be conducted outside Kerala, including an overseas schedule. A collaboration has been arranged between Prithviraj Productions and another banner for the project, and filming is planned to be commenced in 2025. Vishnu Mohan has also been assigned the responsibility of scripting the film. However, no further updates have been revealed about it.

for L366 with director Tharun Moorthy in Thodupuzha, his second film after their 2025 Rs 100 crore earning film Thudarum. He also has J
