released the new music video for the track 2.0 from their latest album ARIRANG, and the internet hasn't stopped talking about it ever since. While the super-fun MV gave an ode to the classic Korean movie Oldboy, more references have caught the attention of ARMYs ever since BIGHIT Music dropped its teaser a day ahead of its launch. The 70s-themed, mafia-feels video has RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook turning their retro side on, giving fans an absolute surprise. And just like all the viewers, even V's good friend from his Wooga Squad, and Korean heartthrob actor Park Seo-Joon, was equally thrilled.

RM x Park Seo-Joon?

In 2.0, where every member dons a never-before-seen avatar, from beards to moustaches, suits, and aviators, RM specifically resembles Park. Infact his little glimpse in the teaser left the fandom talking. RM sports a sleek black bowl-cut wig, aviator sunglasses, a crisp white shirt, a houndstooth tie, and a suit while standing in an elevator.

Park took the liberty and played along. He turned to his Instagram stories soon after BTS unveiled the full video and shared a screenshot of RM with the text, "My mother is also asking if it’s me. I love you, BTS." Park even shared a screenshot of V with the beard look and laughed out loud!Later, actor Choi Woo-Shik, who's also a member of Wooga Squad, posted a clip of himself vibing to 2.0 on Instagram, which was reposted by V.

ARMYs react to resemblance

2.0 has emerged as a rare song for BTS. Many are even calling it a spiritual sequel to the band's previous Spinebreaker. Some fans thought it was indeed Park making a cameo. Many admitted to similar confusion with quirky reactions on social media. Also, since the teaser released on April Fool's Day, they were sure BTS was pranking ARMYs.A fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter), "Help i thought it was Seojoon as well when i first saw the teaser."
