Aditya Dhar wishes Shararat choreographer Vijay Ganguly on birthday
Taking to X (Formerly known as Twitter), Aditya Dhar penned a heartfelt note as he took a stroll down the memory lane. He said working with Vijay Ganguly always started on instinct. Vijay didn’t just hear music, he absorbed it and turned it into something visual. During Dhurandhar, what stood out was his filmmaker’s mindset, which made the process smoother. Whether shaped by experience or his roots as Anil Ganguly’s son, his storytelling went beyond choreography. Aditya also remembered being unsure about including the lip-sync track Shararat, but Vijay’s confidence - “Let’s do it, it’ll be fun”, changed his mind. That push worked, and the song became one of his favourite moments in the film.
Aditya stated that Vijay brought more than skill, he brought energy. Even on difficult days, his enthusiasm kept the team going. From Didi to Fa9la (Flipperachi) with Akshaye Khanna, he stayed consistent, focused, and fully committed. He called Vijay not just a strong choreographer but a true team player who understood the bigger picture. He ended by expressing gratitude and wishing him the best ahead.
