FWICE has issued a non-cooperation directive against the actor amid the ongoing Don 3 dispute and asked him to pay Rs 45 crore to the production house as compensation for the damage. Now, the Dhurandhar actor’s team has issued a statement after FWICE’s order against him.

Ranveer Singh’s spokesperson has issued a statement on behalf of the Band Baaja Baaraat actor with the media. In the statement, the team stated, “Ranveer Singh holds the highest regard for the film fraternity and for everyone associated with the Don franchise.” Moreover, the team also explained that the actor has consciously maintained his silence over the recent developments regarding Don 3. He believes that professional discussions and personal equations are best handled with dignity, maturity and mutual respect.
After seeing the several narratives and speculations regarding Don 3 disputes on social media, Ranveer Singh has never considered it necessary to respond about it publicly or contribute to any conjecture. The actor wants to focus on his work and commitments ahead. The team concluded the statement by stating, “He continues to hold deep respect and goodwill for all those involved and sincerely wishes the franchise continued success. Choosing restraint and grace in moments like these has always been a conscious decision on his part, and he will continue to maintain the same stance.”

In the complaint filed by Excel Entertainment’s Ritesh Sidhwani with FWICE, the producer reportedly mentioned that Ranveer Singh abruptly exited Don 3 just a few days before they started shooting for the film. The makers had already worked on the film’s production and planned the upcoming schedule for the much-awaited installment of the Don franchise. According to FWICE, the producers had to face the financial brunt after the actor chose to leave the project just days before the commencement of the shoot.
