It’s an investment in your future so that when you are 60, 70, 80, you can play with your grandchildren, you can travel, and you can do all the things you want to do."She breaks down her approach into simple but powerful fundamentals and said, "The building blocks to fitness are nutrition, exercise, and sleep. These are the three fundamentals. Also, try and be stress-free."She added that compassion matters most, "Sometimes if you’re feeling a certain way, be kind to yourself; it’s your hormones." Soha also shed light on how menstrual awareness remains a challenge in many parts of India.
