icon Britney Spears was earlier arrested on the charges of driving under influence. As per the latest reports shared online, the Toxic singer has officially entered a treatment facility on her own. The news comes a month after Spears was arrested by the authorities for driving under the influence of alcohol. Last month, she was taken into custody after authorities saw her swerving in and out of lanes. They also allegedly discovered an unknown substance inside her car during her arrest and she is believed to have been on a cocktail of alcohol and drugs.
Britney Spears Starts Rehab
As per a recent report shared by
TMZ, the famous singer has officially checked herself into a rehab facility. As per the report, she voluntarily checked herself into the facility in order to get better. She will be undergoing treatment and therapy for her substance abuse issues. The statement read, "She knows strategically this will look good in front of the judge that she's taking it seriously."
Sources told Page Six, that Spears' arrest came as a wake-up call. At the time of the arrest, a source exclusively told us the singer, 44, was “incredibly emotional.” According to our source, Spears “felt ashamed and embarrassed” and is “very sorry” for what happened.

Jayden, reports People magazine. In the clip, the teenager could be seen wearing a long tan coat over a white T-shirt and recording himself and his mom as they posed in a mirror. Spears wore white lace shorts and a cropped white lace shirt, posing next to her son. The clip then switched to show Spears with jeans and a blazer.
She wrote in her caption, “Thank you guys for all your support… spending time with family and friends is such a blessing. Stay kind”. As per People, the singer has been spending time with her family since she was arrested on suspicion of a
DUI on Thursday, March 4, in Ventura, California. The singer's representative said at the time that she'd be prioritizing her two sons, Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden, whom she shares with ex Kevin Federline, in the wake of the arrest. Jayden’s emerging role as a pillar for his mother during this tough period has been highlighted multiple times. He has been spotted driving her Mercedes-Benz convertible, running errands, and providing emotional support with a positive attitude.
