Blackrock CEO Larry Fink Says There Is No AI Bubble But.....

AI is creeping into our lives from every part of tech into the lives of users. And the opinions of tech titans on the same are pretty different. Most of you have heard people saying AI is a bubble, but this tech tycoon has a pretty different point of view on the same. According to BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, AI is not a bubble and the seen is exactly opposite of what we think. At the Milken Institute Global Conference, Fink said that the AI infrastructure is outpacing supply at an unimaginable rate. As mentioned in a report by Bloomberg, Fink said, 'There is not an AI bubble. There is the opposite. We have supply shortages. Demand is growing much faster than anyone has ever anticipated.'He also stated that the global demand for computing power

has reached a point where financial markets could eventually develop instruments connected to it. Fink predicted a new asset class will be buying futures of compute. He further added, " We just don't have enough compute power right now.Like Terminator Movies, AI Is Learning To Survive On Its Own, Scientists Warn Talking about BlackRock's investment in artificial intelligence, the firm has been constantly increasing its exposure to AI infra via large-scale investments. Fink also announced at the conference that BlackRock is going to collaborate with a hyperscaler to strengthen its AI infrastructure efforts. For those unaware, BlackRock is working alongside NVIDIA, MGX, and Microsoft to deploy capital into data centers and energy-related assets. What's more is that BlackRock's Global Infrastructure Partners-led consortium has unveiled the plan to buy Aligned Data Centers in a deal worth $40 billion. That's not it, the group is also collectively with private equity firm EQT eyeing purchase poeer provider AES Corp for $10.7 billion. And the investments in AI are only going to skyrocket from this point in time as tech hyperscalers like Amazon, Meta, Alphabet, and Microsoft are expected to collectively spend more than $650 billion on AI this year.
