For those unversed, Santhakumari passed away at the age of 90 at her residence in Elamakkara, located in the Ernakulam district of Kerala. She breathed her last on Tuesday (December 30). She had been unwell for the past few months due to neurological disorders and was undergoing treatment at Amrita Hospital, where doctors confirmed her death.
