Sivakarthikeyan, who was last seen in Madharaasi is gearing up for his next with director Venkat Prabu. As per reports the actor and director have travelled to Los Angeles to work the untitled film SK

26. They will visit Lola VFX studios to take a digital scan of Sivakarthikeyan to craft a new look. It has to be noted that Venkat Prabhu and Thalapathy Vijay previously used this method in The Greatest Of All Time.

According to reports, the film is said to be a sci-fi entertainer crafted with a big budget and will see the actor playing two unique roles in the film.Speculations also state that Lokah actress Kalyani Priyadarshan has been roped in to play the female lead for the film. If rumours are to be true, this untitled project will mark her second collaboration with the filmmaker after Maanaadu (2021). She previously worked with Sivakarthikeyan in Hero (2019).

Reports suggest that the film will be designed to Hollywood standards - from character changes, scenes set in different time periods, and action-packed visual effects. Which is why the initial scanning work and the technical pre-production work on the story is taking place in the United States.Venkat Prabhu, in a recent appearance at an award show, revealed that the film's script has been completed and Sivakarthikeyan is pleased with it. He also said this film will have the actor playing a different character from other films in his career and added that it will be a fun film enjoyed by the audience. The music is reportedly composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Fans are also speculating that the film will involve themes of time travel. However, an official announcement regarding the story as well as the extended cast and crew is yet to be revealed by the makers.
