Directed by Ravi Udyawar, the Hindi romance pairs Siddhant Chaturvedi and Mrunal Thakur for the first time. The first teaser for the film, which was released on January 19, shows the actors as a couple living in Mumbai. Set in Mumbai, the teaser of Do Deewane Seher Mein seems to depict the first meeting of Siddhant Chaturvedi and Mrunal Thakur's characters.
