Varun Dhawan's Emotional Tribute To Angel

Varun paid homage to Angel. He penned a touching caption that read, “Rip angel. Today heaven gained another angel. Thank u for being a wonderful pup and an amazing sister to joey we will miss u. See u down the road.”
Apart from Joey, Angel had been a constant presence in Varun’s life and was truly part of the family. The video tribute features a series of warm and intimate moments - from cozy selfies with Varun and his wife, Natasha Dalal, to clips of Angel sleeping peacefully, running freely on a beach, and playfully carrying an oil container in her mouth. One particularly endearing moment shows Angel dressed in a Minnie Mouse-inspired jacket, capturing her playful and diva-like charm.
Industry Reacts To Angel's Passing
Varun Dhawan's friends and industry colleagues were quick to reach to the news. Mouni Roy commented, "Im so terribly sorry," while Jacqueline Fernandez shared a crying emoji. Tiger Shroff too reacted to the news. One fan mistakenly thought it was Joey who had passed, to which Varun Dhawan quickly replied, "no that is angel joeys sister."Earlier this year,
Varun spoke candidly about his love for his pets while appearing on Twinkle Khanna and Kajol’s talk show Two Much With Twinkle and Kajol. Talking about his bond with his dogs, including Joey, the Thamma actor shared how deeply personal that connection is for him. “I don’t say this in front of the camera to sound cool but I don’t differentiate between my dog and my child. It’s the first time I have had a dog. That bond which I have with him, I don’t think I can have that bond with any other living being,” he said.
