Karan Johar's Dharma Productions Undergoes MAJOR Restructuring After Adar Poonawalla Stake Sale – Details

Filmmaker Karan Johar has been handling multiple ventures, including Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA) with co-founder Bunty Sajdeh. But now, the director has announced the end of his partnership with Bunty.

Let us tell you, this happened after Adar Poonawalla reportedly purchased a 50 per cent stake in Dharma Productions. Coming back to Karan Johar’s post, in a statement, he mentioned that the separation is mutual and they will forever remain friends. He also shared a picture with Bunty on Instagram.

Karan Johar-Bunty Sajdeh’s partnership ends

Karan Johar took to Instagram and shared a statement regarding the end of the partnership with DCA partner, Bunty Sajdeh. He also mentioned how Dharma Productions and its other ventures went through a difficult phase in the past few months. Karan Johar wrote, “Bunty and I have been dear friends for many many years…. We took a leap into the professional zone with DCA …. Post that Dharma took a major step by selling stake and creative a large entertainment conglomerate…. That move needed us to integrate all our verticals under one large umbrella….”
