The official statement read, "Since the final ruling confirming the validity of the exclusive contract, ADOR has been in extensive conversation with Minji, Hanni, Danielle, and their families. Hanni visited Korea with her family and had a lengthy discussion with ADOR. During this time, they reflected on past events and objectively assessed the situation. After the conversation, Hanni has decided to respect the court’s ruling and stay with ADOR. Minji is also in talks with ADOR, and discussions are ongoing to foster mutual understanding."ADOR further added, "However, in Danielle’s case, we have determined that it will be difficult for her to continue working with us. Therefore, we have notified her of the termination of her exclusive contract. Furthermore, we plan to hold one family member of Danielle and former CEO Min Hee Jin, who are significantly responsible for causing this dispute and the delayed return of NJZ, legally accountable."
