Dining With The Kapoors: Producer Armaan Jain Breaks Silence On Alia Bhatt's Absence, Says 'Every Function It Happens...'

The upcoming Netflix original web series Dining With The Kapoors will give you a glimpse of Bollywood's famous Kapoor clan, including Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Saif Ali Khan to Randhir Kapoor, Neetu

Kapoor, Rima Jain, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Aadar Jain as well as Navya Naveli Nanda. But from the trailer, it looked like actress Alia Bhatt, wife of Ranbir Kapoor, is absent from the show. Now, producer Armaan Jain has addressed the ongoing buzz mentioning that, 'She had prior commitments to shoot.'

Why Alia Bhatt is absent from Dining With The Kapoors

During a conversation with Bollywood Hungama, producer Armaan Jain explained, "She had prior commitments to shoot. I might sound filmy, but like Raj Kapoor said, ‘work is worship.’” He also mentioned that this is a usual conflict of schedules in the family adding, "Every function it happens — literally Christmas get-togethers, Diwali get-togethers. On Instagram, a new promo for Dining with the Kapoors stated, "Meet the most chaotic Kapoor cousin. Watch Dining With The Kapoors, out 21 November, only on Netflix." In the promo, Ranbir was seen pulling his younger cousin Armaan's leg during the making of the film. From joking around behind the scenes to being dramatic while cooking, the actor has pure big brother energy.
