Telugu cinema's latest offering The Great Pre-Wedding Show directed by Rahul Srinivas is winning big at the box office. The film which released in theatres on 7 November, earned Rs 2.22 crore globally
in its first three days - a massive success for a small budget film starring actors who are only a few films old. Now, The Pre Wedding Show has earned 100k dollars in North America. In an exclusive chat with Zoom, the film's lead actor Thiruveer and shared his excitement over the success.

Talking to Zoom, Thiruveer said "The entire unit is super happy with The Pre -Wedding show crossing 100k dollar mark in the US. director Rahul Srinivas’s story and the, humour in the writing has worked well. The success of the film overseas has proved that rooted stories work, and the audiences are game to if narrated in the right pattern. I wanted to thank producers Sanddeep Agaram and Ashmita Reddy Basani garu for believing in the story and backing the film."
At the film's press meet, director Rahul stated that he felt very nervous before the release wondering how the audience would receive it. “I’ve panicked and felt anxious many times these past two months, but yesterday’s premiere truly gave me confidence and peace. I finally felt we made a good film,” said the director.
The Pre Wedding Show revolves around Ramesh, a small-town photographer, who gets caught into a chain of personal and emotional misadventures after a lost memory card sets off chaos. The film is being praised for its humour and showcases everyday events set against a rural backdrop.Apart from Thiruveer, the film also stars Teena Sravya, and Narendra Ravi* in key roles. Produced under 7PM Productions with the backing of Sandeep Agram and Ashmita Reddy Basani, the film features music composed by Suresh Bobbili. After its theatrical run, The Pre Wedding Show will stream on Zee 5.
