In an exclusive interview, Aftab opened up about the theme of the film Mastiii 4 and said that it doesn't normalise objectifying of women or promote extramarital affairs. He shared, “Yes, from Masti 1, people said we were objectifying women and promoting extramarital affairs. But the premise of the film was simple: three men want to have fun outside, but end up learning a lesson from their wives. We were never trying to preach. It’s all for entertainment, not to oversensitize people. Many serious films have tackled the topic of affairs, but no one questions those."He continued, “Films like Masti are made for laughs. There are many indie films on extramarital affairs, but when Masti touches on it, it creates a huge fuss. It's just for fun, not to be taken seriously."

Aftab Shivdasani on concept of 'love visa'

When asked about the concept of a 'love visa' featured in Masti 4, Aftab laughed it off, saying, “I don’t know about love visas in real life. I’m happily married, so I’m not thinking about it. We’re not advocating for it. It’s just a fun, fantasy concept many men might dream about, though they probably end up paying for it in real life. But the film is all about humour. And trust me, there’s a big twist in the movie, which I can’t reveal now, but you’ll see it on November 21st!”
