On Saturday, EJAE also celebrated her billboard at Times Square. Posting photos and a video posing in the backdrop of the billboard, she captioned, "ommmgggg thank you so much @spotify your girl is on a billboard in Times Square 😭 I have lived in NYC for over 10 years and the last thing I expected was to see my face on a billboard. Thankful for all the support, I hope everyone is liking my new song."Her KPop Demon Hunters co-singers Andrew Choi and Kevin Woo also reacted. While Andrew, who was the voice for character Jinu wrote, "That is absolutely insane! I’m so excited for you," Kevin who sang for Mystery Saja posted, "WE’RE ALL HERE FOR YOU EJAE." Actress May Hong, who voiced for Mira reacted, "omggggggggggggg."
Speaking about In Another World, EJAE told Variety, "The song was personal to me and my fellow co-writers. I personally wish that the song receives more attention than me, and that’s the main goal. As a songwriter, I’m not trying to bring attention to myself or my personal life. I’m trying to bring attention to the lyrics and the melody so people can feel what I felt when I was listening to music. Music helped me get through a hard time."
