the Madras High Court that the movie will be reviewed again by a newly appointed committee. Despite the delay, the buzz around the film is high - not just in Tamil Nadu, Kerala but in Mumbai as well. The film will open in only a limited number of theatres in Mumbai. It is expected that more screens expected to screen the action drama. As per Mid-Day, Chembur's Movietime Cubic Mall, shows have been scheduled for 4 am, 4:30 am, and 5 am. The first two shows are already sold out. The 5 am and 7.30 am shows are also sold out. Meanwhile, others have the first slot at 6 am.

Advance booking for Jana Nayagan has opened in Karnataka, and morning show tickets are already sold out, despite being priced between Rs 1000 and Rs 2000. Mukunda Theatre has a 6:30 AM show for the film on the release date, priced at Rs 1800 and Rs 2000. Morning shows at theatres like Swagath Shankar Nag, Sri Vinayaka, Cinephile HSR Layout, Gopalan Grand Mall, Sri Krishna, Brundha RGB, Vaibhav, Prasanna, and more have been sold out, with tickets priced between Rs 1000 and Rs 1500. The lowest price for morning show tickets is Rs 800 - but only in select theatres. The shows, beginning at 9:30 AM and 10 AM, have a pricing of Rs 300 to Rs 800.Bookings for Jana Nayagan are yet to be opened in Tamil Nadu, as the makers are still awaiting a censor certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).
