Ajit Pawar, the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, died in a tragic plane crash at his hometown, Baramati, this morning (January 28). He was 66. The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader was travelling

with four other people, who have also been killed in the accident. The news of a political leader’s unfortunate event indeed left the entire country in shock. Like Pawar’s followers and politicians, many celebrities from the film industry have also started mourning the demise of the Deputy CM of Maharashtra on social media. Celebs Mourn Ajit Pawar’s Demise

Riteish Deshmukh took to his Instagram story and mourned the tragic death of Maharashtra’s Deputy CM, Ajit Pawar. The actor is deeply shocked and terribly heartbroken after learning about the NCP leader’s demise. He fondly called him ‘Ajit Dada’ in the note and mentioned that the late politician had zero tolerance for non-performance. Riteish said, “His untimely demise leaves behind a huge loss and an irreplaceable void.” While concluding his note, the Raja Shivaji actor has sent his deepest condolences to the Pawar family.

While mourning his demise, the Fashion director stated that the deputy CM of Maharashtra was a towering figure in the state politics.
