Not KKK 15 Stunts, THIS Scares Rubina Dilaik Most
In an exclusive chat with
Telly Talk India,
Rubina shared, "Now thoughts and understanding pass through children. So that’s why I took three months to say yes to this show because now the biggest fear is how will I stay away from my children or the children from me for so long? After that then the talk of fear comes. So the first decision was this."When asked how husband Abhinav encouraged her, Rubina said that he reminded her that such opportunities don’t come again. He told her that they would figure out the family dynamics and that she should do the show. This gave Rubina the confidence to move forward. "As a working mother, if I am not able to live my dreams and take my family along, then I'm not living to the fullest. For that, you have to understand the balance. I am extremely grateful that he understands this and supports it," added the actress.
Rubina Dilaik On Doing KKK15 After Becoming Mother
Rubina explained that motherhood brings a new beginning, where everything - physically, mentally, and emotionally - needs to be rebuilt. It is a journey of constant adjustment and strength. She also shared that reality shows like
Khatron Ke Khiladi involve extreme fears, unlike everyday life, making participation even more challenging for her as a mother. She stated, "Now in this journey what I have lost and what I have gained, that will be known in Khatron Ke Khiladi because there the stunts are larger than life. You don’t jump from an 80-floor building in real life. You don’t go swimming in open oceans. You don’t live among lions. So that fear changes a lot when you become a mother. So that’s why I took so much time to say yes to this show, because if I am doing any reality show and there is nothing new that I can offer to my audience, I might as well not do it."
